“A few years ago, I felt I was losing power
and strength in my golf swing. I did not
have the time to hit the thousands of balls
necessary to regain my golf strength. I decided
to design an exercise club that would use air
resistance to build muscle strength. The result
is the QuickFix, the first exercise club designed to increase golf specific muscle groups.”

Introducing The QuickFix Club, a simple yet effective way to strengthen your muscles and add power to your game!
How does QuickFix work? This innovative swing aid utilizes wind resistance that will help you to strengthen
only your golf specific muscles. It is beneficial to all golfers, from those who swing 50 mph or even 125mph, the percent of resistance is the same at all speeds.

With continual use of the
QuickFix Club you will increase your strength, which in turn will add power, distance and accuracy to all your shots.
To avoid injury be sure to follow the provided warm up.
You only need to use the
QuickFix Club for 5-10 minutes a day. A good way to get the most out of your practice sessions is to spend about 80% of your time making a smooth, fluid swing to help build a solid foundation for your swing. For the rest of your practice time you should make 10-15 swings as hard as you can without loosing your balance. This is where the resistance will help you improve your distance.
QuickFix Benefits:
You can exercise the golf specific muscles while avoiding the harmful stress to tendons and ligaments that occur when swinging weighted objects
Add distance and control to your shots by increasing your strength
Increase your confidence by having more control of your swing
Improve muscle explosiveness, endurance and memory by using the speed of your swing against the resistance of the Quickfix
Become more balanced by strengthening your body’s core muscles
Transferring of your weight becomes easier as it repeatedly done
If you are rushed, go directly to the tee and warm up quickly with the Quickfix
The QuickFix strengthens and reinforces your best swing which is your practice swing
