An easy
and comfortable way to take Yoga
off the sticky mat and into the water.
Kriya Yoga is the
yoga of self discovery through mind and body action and discipline.
The combination of breath
control and body awareness is alchemical because it directly affects our
mind/body complex. The breath is the main focus of any yoga practice,
and this discipline alone can help us feel more enthusiastic about life
and the ability to cope with the many pressures and challenges we face
on a daily basis. Students can not only improve physical but
mental health too as they develop Self-awareness. Take your practice
into the waters and experience the many benefits for yourself.
